Student Activities

Welcome to LSCO, Gators!

We are very excited to have you here and want you to enjoy every bit of your academic and social experience on campus. The goal of the Student Activities office is to provide you with programs and services that enhance your education, empower you to become more engaged in the community, help you grow as a leader, and keep you entertained.

Throughout the semester, Student Activities hosts a variety of events, including blood drives, intramural sports, movie nights, comedians, free lunches, and so much more! Here are some of our biggest campus events:

  • Student Appreciation Day takes place at the beginning of the fall semester. This is a great opportunity to experience the different campus student organizations and offices at LSCO.
  • Octoberfest is a fall tradition that includes a community-wide Halloween party complete with costumes and candy. Campus clubs and organizations provide activities for trick-or-treaters. Traditional games such as bobbing for apples and pumpkin bowling provide safe Halloween fun for all students and their families.
  • Spring Day includes softball, volleyball, pool, and racquetball tournaments, a fun run, games, food, and fun for everyone.

Inside the Student Center, you'll find a lot to keep you occupied in between classes. We have a pool table, ping pong table, PlayStation 4, weight room, cardio room, racquetball rooms, shower, and locker rooms, piano rooms, and a full basketball court.
