All applications MUST be submitted online. No paper copy applications will be accepted. Only complete applications submitted electronically will be reviewed for acceptance.Please ensure you have all documents ready to submit prior to filling out an application. Any missing documents will make your application incomplete.

To apply to LSCO’s Registered Nursing Transition Program:

1. Apply to be an LSCO student;
2. Complete the application below after acceptance to LSCO;
3. Upload required documents - unofficial transcripts, A2 scores, and VN licensure.
