Professional Development
It is the mission of the LSCO Professional Development Committee (PDC) to enrich the professional life of the faculty and staff of Lamar State College Orange.
The goals of the PDC include; organizing and providing a regular schedule of professional development courses for campus resources; providing resources for faculty and staff to locate other relevant sources of professional development; and providing an organized method for faculty and staff to keep track of completed professional development.
The PDC developed Funding Guidelines to assist faculty and staff in requesting funds.
Part of each employee's professional development includes serving on LSCO standing committees. Below is a link to all the current LSCO standing committees, a brief description of the committee, and a list of committee members.
