Clery Act Compliance
LSCO is required by federal law (The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 20 U.S.C. 1092(f), known as the “Clery Act”) to publish an Annual Security Report.
The Office of College Affairs and the Safety and Security Department publishes the Annual Security Report, which includes information about LSCO Safety and Security Department, including topics such as campus law enforcement authority; crime reporting policies, campus alerts; programs to prevent dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking; the procedures the College will follow when one of these crimes is reported; and other matters of importance related to security on campus. If you would like to receive a paper copy of the Annual Security Report, you can stop by the Safety and Security Department, located in the Academic Center, Room 149, during normal business hours. You can request that a copy be mailed to you by calling 409-882-3910 or emailing joseph.hargrave@lsco.edu.
