Chef David Claybar provides outstanding food and service options for all of The Brown Estate events. As the owner of the Old Orange Café, he is highly recognized in our area for all of his culinary skills and expertise. His menus offer a variety of options from hors d’oeuvres, hearty buffets, to elegant multi-course dinners which he can gladly customize to meet your needs. Many types of beverage services are included as well, including alcohol bars with your provision of the alcohol.
