- Self-monitor for symptoms following daily self-assessment guidelines
- Strongly encouraged to wear a well-fitted face covering
- Wash Hands
- Watch Distance
- Self-quarantine following LSCO guidelines for 5 days after onset of symptoms
- Get tested for COVID-19
- List staff and students in close contact with you from two days prior to onset of symptoms
- Email list to LSCO's COVID Coordinator, Patty Collins at patty.collins@lsco.edu
- If positive test, continue self-quarantine for 5 days after onset of symptoms.
- Strongly encouraged to wear a well-fitted mask for 5 days following self-quarantine.
- Employees and students must submit the Request to Return to Campus form and receive release prior to returning to campus
- Return to campus - significant improvement of symptoms, and fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications
- Self-quarantine following LSCO guidelines for 5 days after onset of symptoms or from positive test
- List staff and students in close contact with you from two days prior to onset of symptoms or positive test
- Email list to LSCO's COVID Coordinator, Patty Collins at patty.collins@lsco.edu (if students are listed)
- Employees and students must submit the Request to Return to Campus form and receive release prior to returning to campus
- Return to campus - significant improvement of symptoms, and fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications
- Self-quarantine following LSCO guidelines for 5 days after date of exposure
- Monitor for symptoms for 10 days after exposure
- Get tested for COVID-19 if symptoms occur
- If positive test, continue self-quarantine for 5 days after exposure.
- Employees and students must submit the Request to Return to Campus form and receive release prior to returning to campus
- Return to campus - significant improvement of symptoms, and fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications
Individuals who are up to date on their vaccinations as defined by CDC but were exposed to an individual with COVID should follow these self-monitoring guidelines and use the daily self-assessment tools provided on the website:
- Take temperature with a thermometer two times a day and monitor for fever.
- Watch for symptoms associated with COVID-19.
- Avoid crowded places (such as shopping centers and movie theaters) and limit activities in public.
- Keep distance from others, preferably 6 feet or more.
- If symptoms develop, get tested for COVID.
