How to Request a Transcript as a Current Student or Alumni

Option 1
With Desire2Learn (D2L) Login Information

From www.lsco.edu
Select Desire2Learn
Login to D2L
Select MyLSCO Resources – Student
Select Student Self Service
Enter User ID:  R8# (If do not have R8# call (409) 882-3364 for assistance.)
Enter PIN:
Select Student
Select Student Records
Select Request Academic Transcript
Complete the form and submit your request

When a transcript is picked up a valid driver’s license or student ID is required.

Option 2
Without Desire2Learn (D2L) login information

From www.lsco.edu
Select Login to Student Services
Enter Secure Area
Enter User ID: R8# (If do not have R8# call 409-882-3364 for assistance)
Enter PIN:
Select Student
Select Student Records
Select Request Academic Transcript
Complete the form and submit your request

When a transcript is picked up a valid driver’s license or student ID is required.

Option 3
Requesting a Transcript to be sent to another College or University

Send an email to Admissions.Records@lsco.edu

The Request must include your name, date of birth, approximate dates of attendance, how many transcripts and the name and address of the institution(s) to send the transcripts to.

Option 4
Requesting a Transcript to be sent to yourself or a third party

Scan Signed Request/Email: Admissions.Records@lsco.edu, or
In-person: Rm. 341 on the 3rd Floor of the Ron Lewis Library

The request must include your signature, name date of birth, approximate dates of attendance, how many transcripts and the address where you want the transcripts sent.  If the transcript twill be picked up by another person include their full name.
