Non-credit Maritime Program

The Maritime Program at Lamar State College Orange provides training to prepare new and experienced mariners for work in the maritime industry. A team of US Coast Guard approved instructors offer US Coast Guard and STCW-approved courses. We facilitate these approved training options on the LSCO campus, centrally located between Houston and New Orleans. Along with our accessibility, we provide a much lower cost alternative to the present training model.
