THEA Quick Test

The THEA Quick Test is an official state THEA test offered on the local level. Students must wait 30 days before retaking the THEA Quick Test. Students needing special accommodations must register through the state THEA Special Accommodation Procedure outlined in the 2008-2009 THEA Registration Bulletin.

REGISTRATION:

1. A $10 non-refundable service fee is due at the time of test registration. Payment and test registration may be completed by telephone with a credit card at (409)882-3330.

2. Students may also register to test in the Testing Office, room 104 of the Ron E. Lewis Library

3. Students must pre-register to test. WALK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

TESTING DAY:

1. Arrive at the Testing Center, room 107 of the Ron E. Lewis Library, 10 minutes prior to test time. Latecomers will not be admitted to test.

2. A 4-function non-programmable calculator (with square root and percent keys) will be provided for the math section of the test. Bring: *Photo identification (DL or DPS ID) *Two #2 pencils *$29 check or money order made payable to N.E.S. - NO CASH
