The purpose of the Advising, Counseling and Testing (ACT) Department is
to attract and enroll a diverse student body through the implementation
of creative strategies for recruitment and to further serve as a professional
and educational resource to students by providing consultation, advice,
placement and registration of students into classes and special services
to promote student retention and the successful completion of their programs
of study.
